Joseph J. McNulty has been the Executive Director of the Helen Keller National Center (HKNC) since June 1990. He currently serves as the Principal Investigator of the National Consortium on Deaf-Blindness (NCDB), a national technical assistance project that supports the educational needs of children who are Deaf-Blind; he also serves on the Advisory Committee for the RRTC on Blindness and Low Vision at Mississippi State University and as a special advisor to the Executive Board of the National Family Association for Deaf-Blind (NFADB).
Mr. McNulty has served as the Co-chair of the National Coalition on Deaf-Blindness, representing deaf-blindness on the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities’ (CCD), Education and Employment Task Forces.
