Advanced Standing or Transfer Credit

The University does not award advanced standing or transfer credit towards the Master of Medical Science degree.  In some instances, when a student enters the program with an advanced degree in a scientific area (e.g., a PhD in anatomy), on an individual basis he/she may be allowed to take a challenge exam and be granted course credit.

Entering students may not receive advanced standing credit or transfer credit for any clinical rotations or preceptorships, nor any credit for experiential learning.
