Lions Club
About Us
The 
Lions club is unique in that it
is the only Lions Club located on an Optometry campus. For students, club membership is a
realistic opportunity to learn the value of "volunteerism" in the community and
its importance to the optometric practitioner.
The Lions Club is also the only organization which cuts across the entire organizational structure of the college. This means it is an excellent means of expressing the "volunteer spirit" for the staff and faculty as well as students.
Since LIONS Clubs work for the improvement of sight, especially for the partially sighted, it is a natural addition to our campus and its research and clinical activities.
