PA Students Explore Healthcare Topics In-Depth 2018

Graduating Physician Assistant Studies Students’ Culminating Capstone Presentations

Physician Assistant Studies (PA) students will showcase their capstone presentations from Monday, September 24 through Friday, September 28. The presentations cover a variety of healthcare issues, ranging from current evidence of long-term side effects in chronic PPI therapy, comparison of treatment options in scoliosis, long-term efficacy of metabolic surgery compared to medical therapy for Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with BMI<35kg/m²,  insulin alternating agents having a positive affect on cognition in those with Alzheimer's disease, and much more.

The presentations are open to Salus University students, faculty and staff, as well as the local community at large.
