At the convention, professionals in the speech-language pathology profession came together and presented research findings, networked with fellow peers, and attended sessions.

The Salus department of Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) supported the annual convention as a sponsor of the student reception, which included an advocacy talk from three current Pennsylvania legislators and the association's current lobbying firm. Multiple faculty members and students presented current research in interest areas, with two of the student posters being awarded meritorious designation by the conference committee, signifying the meaningful contributions their projects provide to the profession. The event was capped off by a happy hour for friends and alumni of the program, co-hosted by Salus University's Office of Institutional Advancement and the SLP program's chair, Robert Serianni, MS, CCC-SLP, FNAP.

Pennsylvania Optometric Association (POA) Conference
The Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) at Salus University faculty and staff attended the annual POA conference April 5-8, 2024 in Erie, Pennsylvania, where they met prospective students, networked and lectured.
