Maiya Tasaico, Occupational Therapy

Maiya TasaicoWhy did you choose Salus?

Hi, my name is Maiya Tasaico and I am a first-year student in the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program here at Salus. I received my undergraduate degrees at Penn State Abington (just 10 minutes from Salus) with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Psychological and Social Sciences as well as Rehabilitation and Human Services.

When I began looking into graduate school, I’ll admit I felt a little lost. It wasn’t until I reached out to a prospective occupational therapy student that I found out about Salus. I began researching Salus and looking into their curriculum. Out of all the schools I looked into, I always just seemed to circle back to Salus. The tuition, small class sizes, board pass rate and curriculum were all a were a win in my book. What really sold me was all the positive reviews from past/present students who attended the Salus MSOT program.

Overall, I’m happy I choose Salus! I think you will be, too.
