VRT students practicing in the lab

Master of science (MS) degree and Certificate program in Vision Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT)

VRT programs prepare professionals to provide comprehensive vision rehabilitation therapy services (adaptive activities of daily living/independent living skills) to blind or visually impaired individuals across the lifespan.

Programs can be taken on a full-time or part-time basis and are mostly delivered online, with an 8-10 week summer on-campus residency, and an internship.

ADL Lab
A recently renovated Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Lab serves both as an educational learning space as well as a VRT Clinic, serving patients/clients referred from the William Feinbloom Low Vision Rehabilitation Center.
