The Eyeball has become an annual tradition at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. It is a formal “last hoorah” celebration where third year traditional Optometry students and Accelerated Scholars Optometry students say their goodbyes to friends before embarking on their externship rotations. At this point, students are officially done with their on-campus coursework and are ready for their clinical experience.
Class of 2020
This year’s Eyeball, for the Class of 2020, was held at the Blue Bell Country Club and the theme was Masquerade. The third year students had a blast eating, dancing, taking photographs, and enjoying each other’s company.
Check out these throwback pictures from nearly a decade ago, when the Classes of 2011 and 2012 attended Eyeball.
