Today, it is recommended that effective sunglasses block at least 99% of ultraviolet rays, both UVA and UVB.
Dr. Wormington’s journey at Salus and PCO began as a primary care resident at The Eye Institute in 1984. After his residency at TEI, Dr. Wormington was hired as an assistant professor of biophysics and optometry at PCO. Throughout the years, Dr. Wormington has risen through the ranks, holding the titles of clinical preceptor, associate professor, and his latest title, professor emeritus.
