  • ​2000 - Salus became the first school of optometry to offer a Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree.

  • 2000 - NOSA had a big brother/big sister program, similar to the peer mentor program in place today for optometry students.

  • 2002 – The graduating OD class of 2002 would throw themed parties after big examinations to celebrate.

  • Early 2000s – The go-to mall for shopping trips was the Franklin Mills Mall, rather than the popular Willow Grove Mall today.

  • Early 2000s – Many students in the early 2000s yearbooks mentioned having boards study parties where professors and clinical instructors were also in attendance.

  • 2004 - The Pennsylvania Ear Institute-the clinical practice for the Osborne College of Audiology opened and later expanded in size.
